Microneedling
Micro-needling or micro-channeling is a cosmetic procedure that uses small, sterilized needles to prick the skin. This treatment aims to generate new collagen and skin tissue to smooth, firm, and tone skin. Micro-needling is mostly used on the face and may reduce the appearance of acne, scars, dark spots, wrinkles, and large pores. Skin pink/redness varies after treatment, skin can resemble a sunburn for 1-2 hours, there is no bleeding.
After only 4 treatments, once per month, patients notice improvements that last for years. Consistency and aftercare are important to reach these results.
Nano Needling
Nano needling is a non-invasive skin treatment delivery system designed to rejuvenate your skin and treat common issues like lack of tone, uneven texture, acne, excessive pigmentation, scarring, and loss of elasticity. There is no pain, inflammation, bleeding, or discomfort.

Herbs are a helpful way to keep this medicine affordable, especially for chronic or stubborn conditions. Food therapy and lifestyle ideas can be included.
Teas are MEDICINAL tasting but HIGHLY effective.
Costs as low as $1-$6 a day depending on formula.
Adjunct Therapies
Cupping and guasha meld so nicely with treatments to create a strong effect.
Accessing this movement of qi and blood helps with pain and injury& this movement creates a cellular invitation for healing and change to occur.
